Congrats to Long & Strong member
 Ryan Whiting (right), who set State Meet records with 70-0 and 201-9 Memorial Day weekend.
  Ryan won both the shot and discus at the prestigious Arcadia (CA) Invitational, improving his discus PR to 199-7 in still air.  
Previously Ryan tossed the 12# shot 68-11 to win States (PA), the 4th  longest indoor prep throw ever!  Ryan also won Indoor Nationals!!!

and UCLA junior Jeremy Silverman is currently ranked eight on the NCAA shot list with a seasonal best of 63-11!
